International shipping is less predictable than domestic shipping, the shipping times can vary greatly. Please be patient with your orders. If you do not receive your item within 12 days of making your paypal payment you should file a "Product Not Received Claim" threw Paypal. You must have a confirmed address on file with paypal and it must match the shipping address you had your items shipped to in order to receive a refund for your order.
